Register

Registration for the Fall 2026 season officially opened and will remain open through September 1.

For NEW players and teams joining Unity this fall, we strongly encourage registration to be completed as soon as possible in order to allow enough time for account setup, uniform ordering, and processing before the start of the season. Returning Unity teams and athletes must have registration fully completed no later than September 1st, 2026. Delays in registration may impact uniform ordering timelines and access to player benefits heading into the fall season.

All athletes must complete registration and submit payment before they will be eligible to:

• Purchase uniforms
• Receive recruiting/player profiles
• Access organizational benefits and memberships
• Participate in official Unity events and programming
